BRCCH Board Member
Prof Eva Scheurer is a member of the BRCCH Board and serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine at University of Basel. She is also the Director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine Basel and Professors at the University Basel. Scheurer’s research focuses on adapting Mangnetic Resonance based methods, i.e. morphologic as well as quantitative Magnetic Resonance Imaging, for clinical-forensic cases like age estimation, strangulation, fracture dating, and the detection and dating of hematomas.
